1) Should I sign up for eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping etc. first or will UMP sign me for them?

You need to sign up for those platforms first and then register with UMP.
2) To use UMP, do I need to register first ?

Yes, it is necessary to register and select your plans first before you can start using UMP.
3) Is there a fee for using UMP?

Yes, there is a fee dependent on the number of products you have and the number of platforms you are going to upload ot.
4) Can you describe me which step for registration?

Click on Register and simply follow the prompts

5) Do I have to install any hardware or software to become an UMP user?

No there is no need to install any hardware or software. All you need is a computer, a browser and internet access.
6) Can i update my personal details later on?

Yes, you can.
7) Are my personal details safe?

Yes, your personal details are safe to the best of our abilities.

8) Can i change my subscription plans in future ?

Yes, you can change your subscription plans as and when desired.

9) Is there is any situation in which I cannot access my account?

Yes, if your account is suspended by admin or if there are technical issues.
10) What are Team Members in UMP.

For security purposes and to differentiate the roles for a smooth working environment, we have the following member levels in a Team.
Owner – He can open an account, close an account, select plans, upgrade and downgrade and provide payment details
Billing Contact – He can login to download invoices and consult about charges. He cannot access the owner or the Technical contact’s data.
– Technical Contact – He is the only one who can access the backend, coordinate with our staff during the onboarding process and also on an ongoing basis. He cannot access the Owner or the Billing contact’s data. Our normal daily contact is the Technical Contact.

11) Can all team members be one and the same person?
Yes in small companies that can be one and the same person.
12) Who can access the backend part of UMP?

Only the Technical Contact. Other users cannot access the backend.
13)  How do I open an account?

Click on Register and follow the prompts.
14) How do I reset my password?

Click on ‘forgot password’ or ‘change password’ button and follow the prompts.
15) How do I change my email address and password?

Login and click on Account or profile to change email and/or password.
16) Do I have to use my real name for my account?

Yes, you have to enter your real name for account creation.
17) Can I close my account?

Yes.
18) How do I activate my account?

Register, select your plan(s) and make payment. If you are already registered, select plans and make payment.
19) Is the site secure?

We encrypt passwords and use SSL on order submissions.
20) What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and wire transfers.
21) Which countries do you cover?

So far we only interface with marketplaces in the USA.
22)  Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes you can.
23) Can i add new plans to UMP?

Yes , you can.
24) Do you have a free trial period?

No. This is such an involved process and it takes a lot of time and effort to get you up and running.
25) What is on-boarding and why do you charge for it?

It has been our experience that it is very difficult for a user to map his database to ours and then ours to so many of the marketplaces and the shopping engines. To facilitate that, we do it for you in conjunction with your technical contact and all this time and effort cannot be free. In our opinion, the only way we can ensure your success if we do it for you in conjunction with you.
26) How do I upgrade my plan?

For upgrade your plan you have to go on subscription plan menu. From that you can find your old plan listed table. In which you have to click on edit or upgrade plan button so you are redirect to your old plan with selected here you can add your new plan and after that you have to click on save or update button. So from this way you can upgrade your plan.
27) How do I downgrade my plan?

For downgrade your plan you have to go on subscription plan menu. From that you can find your old plan listed table. In which you have to click on edit or downgrade plan button so you are redirect to your old plan with selected here you can add your new plan and after that you have to click on save or update button. So from this way you can downgrade your plan.
29) Can i upgrade or downgrade my subscription? What about changes from ‘upgrade’ to ‘downgrade’ plan and back?

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your plan as per your requirement. If you are upgrade your plan then you are changes feature as per the related plan. Likewise if you downgrade your plan then it will give that feature for downgrade.
30) What is your refund policy?

  • Whenever you are upgrade or downgrade your plan then they will be refund it as per your subscribing plan. If you upgrade your plan they will refund you money as per the old plan day use. Else for downgrade your plan then they will not give any refund for the your plan.

31) How can i downgrade my plan ?

For downgrade your plan you have to first login in to front side of the UMP. After that login process is completed then you will redirect to dashboard of the website. Then here you can see various menu from left side. In this you can see like subscription plan. Then you have to click on subscription plan. After you will get list of your old plan. Here in old pan list you will see edit button for the plan. Then you can click on it. Then you will redirect to all plans in which you have to select new plan. So from this way you can Downgrade your plan.
32) Can I change from one plan to another after I’ve registered?

Yes you can change your plan after your registration completed. For that you can change your plan to subscription plan menu.

33) What if i closed my account then there is any refund policy?

No, if you close your account then UMP will not provide any refund for the your subscription plan.
34) How can i upgrade my plan ?

Then here you can see various menu from left side. In this you can see like subscription plan. Then you have to click on subscription plan. After you will get list of your old plan. 35) Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refund but it is based on some condition from which we will give you refund. For that please ready our terms and conditions.
36) How can I view my current subscription?

For this you have to first login in the front side of the website. From this you will see many menu in which you have to click on the subscription plan menu here you can see your current plan.

37) Do lower plans have less features than the higher plans?

Yes, all plan have their own features as per their amount of subscription.
38) Can I get an Billing information for my subscription payment?

Yes, you can get your billing information from the services of the UMP. here you can download pdf for the receipt of the bill.
39) Can I change from one plan to another at any time?

Yes, you can change one plan to another plan at any time.
40) Can I Cancel My Account Anytime?

Yes you can, no worries! Try all features and if you’re not convinced you can cancel your account any time.
41) How Can I Upgrade to a Bigger Plan?

For upgrade your plan you have to first login in to front side of the UMP. After that login process is completed then you will redirect to dashboard of the website. Then here you can see various menu from left side. In this you can see like subscription plan. Then you have to click on subscription plan. After you will get list of your old plan. Here in old pan list you will see edit button for the plan. Then you can click on it. Then you will redirect to all plans in which you have to select new plan. So from this way you can upgrade your plan. From this way you can upgrade to bigger plan.
42) Help! I forgot my password, what do I do?

You can reset your password from the Forgot Password page. We will confirm your identity using your email account before resetting your password. After receiving your reset password via email we recommend that you change it in the control panel from the Account Details page.
43) How do I update my contact details?

From your dashboard, select Profile Details. From there you can change all relevant account details including:

– Account Password (Confirmation Required)

– Email Address & Email Notification settings

44) How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your service at any time paying only the difference between your current plan and the new, your renewal date will not be adjusted.

You can downgrade your service at any time, your renewal date will not be adjusted. Subsequent renewals will be billed at the lower plan rate.

43) How can I downgrade from a higher paid plan to a lower paid plan?

For downgrade your plan you have to first login in to front side of the UMP. After that login process is completed then you will redirect to dashboard of the website. Then here you can see various menu from left side. In this you can see like subscription plan. Then you have to click on subscription plan. After you will get list of your old plan. Here in old pan list you will see edit button for the plan. Then you can click on it. Then you will redirect to all plans in which you have to select new plan. So from this way you can downgrade your plan. From this way you can downgrade to bigger plan.
44)  Can I receive notifications via text message?

No. As of now, we do not have a notification alert via text message. You will only be receiving an email notification for the project activities that you do.
45) How can I pay for my subscription?

You may pay for your subscription using any major credit card.
46) If I downgrade my account,will I receive a refund?

No! Upon downgrading your account, you will not receive any  pro-rated refund.
47) What happens if I want to upgrade or downgrade my package?

We offer a one-click plan switch feature which you can use at any time.

48) Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No.
49) Can I cancel my subscription before the end of my commitment period?

There is no cancellation policy, or reimbursement for a subscription. Once you subscribe you are obligated to pay for the full commitment period. But you did not get any refund from us.
50) Can I downgrade my subscription during my commitment period?

Yes, you can downgrade your subscription but after downgrade you will not receive any refund from us from your old subscription.
51) How can I get a copy of my payment receipt?

From dashboard you can see menu of Invoice here you can download your payment receipt.

52) How do I change my user name?

If you wish to change your username or password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to Upload my products

2. Select Hi, Your Name at the top right of any UMP page

3. Select Profile

4. Select Edit next to the piece of information you wish to update

5. Enter your new information in the appropriate fields

6. Select Save to update changes
53) How do I update my credit card and/or billing information?

  • To change your billing address or credit card information, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to UMP
  2. Select Hi, Your Name at the top right of any UMP page
  3. Select Profile then Contact + service
  4. In the Payment Method section, select edit/change
  5. Enter your new information in the appropriate fields
  6. Select Next to confirm changes

54) How do I change my payment information?

You can change your payment information in your Dashboard Settings.

55)  I cancelled my plan and have some unused some time left.  Do I get a refund?

Unused plan time is not refunded.
56) How many role you provide us for work in UMP?

We are provide two define two rules for User :

1) Technical Contact

2) Billing Contact

57) Where do I find my invoices and payment receipts?

For this you can get from invoice menu on dashboard.

58) How do I know when an invoice is ready?

After your payment is done then check on menu invoice on dashboard. You will get your receipt here.
59) What if I have questions about my invoices?

If you have any question then you ask in support menu.
60) Can I receive a partial refund if I downgrade mid-cycle?

No, you can’t receive any refund.
61) Can I change my plan once I’ve connected?

Yes, you can.
