We have developed this Privacy Policy to advise you about the information we may collect about you and our possible uses of this information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected about you by anyone except hereafter called UMP. Specifically, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any non-UMP services or websites, including those third parties. Any information you provide when you visit other web sites, use of other ecommerce services and products, including digital or mobile products or services, etc., will be subject to the privacy policies of those service providers even though their links, websites and services may be used by UMP in the provision of services to you.

UMP may modify this Privacy Policy. Please see at the “Last Updated” date when this Privacy Policy was last revised and you are required to check constantly and regularly for updates to this Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become immediately effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on this page. Your use of the UMP services and/or your provision of personal information to UMP following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide
Other than providing ecommerce services and helping you share and upload then to third party servers, we do not modify or control any content on the third parties’ websites.
Most of the data we collect is referred to as “Non-Personal Information”. It is anonymous because it does not contain any personally identifiable data, such as your name, street address or telephone number. If we collect any “Personal Data” it is on a voluntary basis after you have read an accepted the terms of our Terms of Use.

Security and Retention of Data
We are conscious of the importance of your data to you and conscientious about protecting that data from loss, theft or misuse. All Personal Information collected is stored using the same security measures that we use to protect our own proprietary corporate data. Only authorised users are able to access the data we collect and store.
We may retain Non Personal Information for up to 12 months to ensure that our services are functioning properly and to evaluate ways to improve our services. We retain data on an aggregate basis indefinitely for purposes of reporting and system analytics.
Personal data that is supplied by you for the purpose of identification, billing, and any other purpose provided by the Terms of Use will be retained for the period you require our service and as per the Term of Use. When you terminate our services we shall retain the data for a period of one year or more and according to the Law governing personal data in your jurisdiction.

Information From and To Third Parties
We may from time to time obtain data about you from third-parties. We may use any data from a third party to include you in our database(s) or append it to existing user data to add more detail to the information we have about you.

Sometimes when forwarding ecommerce product data from our server to other servers and other marketplaces owned by third parties, we may forward limited data for purposes of tracking, effective follow up, recording and marketplace analytics. You are aware and consent that for proper functioning and forwarding of ecommerce, product data and related information is shared.

For each visitor to UMP Products on our server and third party servers, our servers may automatically attempt to identify the user through a cookie set within your browser. This is done to provide applicable access to UMP’s services. From time to time we may also track your ecommerce products and information, in aggregate, on pages and features that users access or view. The activity is collected and stored in our server’s log files.

We may if need be log Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We use this information in an aggregate fashion to track access to the UMP’s uploaded products provided by you.

Through the use of additional cookies or technology, we will have the ability to track users by their behaviour profile and geographic location for the purpose of displaying ecommerce products that match existing market needs and/or specific location.

We may enable third parties to collect your location via certain services we provide through digital applications, wireless access protocol services or mobile phone service. By using such service, you hereby consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your location information as described.

Other Disclosures of Your Information
We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of UMP’s services; or (4) protect the personal safety or property or products of our users or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions).

In the event that UMP is acquired by or merged with another company, we may transfer information about you to the successor entity. From time to time, we may make information about you available to carefully selected third-parties to send you information through e-mail or postal mail about their products or services. We occasionally rent our postal mailing list to third parties for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your personal information disclosed to third-parties for direct marketing purposes, please send an e-mail stating this preference and including your full name and e-mail address via our contact form within your account.

You may change/correct your preferences or personal information at any time online via the applicable UMP service. You may also contact us through our contact form. We retain the right to contact a subscriber or registered user regarding account status, ecommerce services, products and marketplace trends, changes to the registration agreement and/or to enforce our subscription agreement.

Non-US Users
UMP operates under US Law. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide us will be transferred to the United States. By using UMP Services and subscribing as a user, participating in any of our services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.
